"Tokyo Cafe Show & Conference 2014" is a trade show that provides a business matching opportunity for cafe owners and for those who are planning to start a new cafe business.

Overall, the number of companies with products related to coffee, tea, and other types of beverages was by far the largest. Besides beverages, there were products such as frozen bread, cakes, and desserts, and raw materials including chocolate, dried eggs, and flour. Coffee machines, whip cream machines, friers, containers, and interior design companies were also exhibiting in the event.

Seminars were held 5 different areas. Some were business seminars for participants to learn about store management and others were cooking demonstrations.

「カフェ・喫茶ショー2014」はカフェチェーン店舗やメニューの開発、カフェオーナー、開業予定者のためのビジネスマッチングの機会を提供する展示会です。カフェ業界と言うだけあって、コーヒーをはじめとする飲料関連の展示が多く見られました。

展示物の中には、冷凍パンや冷凍ケーキなどそのまま商品として使えるものから、乾燥卵、麦、チョコレートなどの原材料まで幅広い食材がそろっていました。その他にも、コーヒーマシーンやホイップクリームマシーン、ドリップコーヒーのフィルターを作る機械、揚げ物用のフライヤー、カラフルな容器やカフェ内装の提案など様々な企業が出展していました。

セミナーは5会場で開催され、店舗経営についてのノウハウを学べる情報セミナーや見ていて楽しい実演・体験型のプログラムがありました。
